A judge has ruled 'Asia's sexiest DJ' Angie Vu will be extradited to France to face kidnapping charges reported the New York Daily News. Vu is facing charges for the kidnapping of her 9-year-old daughter, whom her father was given sole custody of, after allegedly trying to flee the U.S. with her.

Vu, a 33-year-old former Playboy model who auditioned for America's Got Talent last July, has been jailed at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. the past seven months. Vu was arrested last November at New York's Kennedy Airport when she tried to get on a plane to China with her daughter Isabella using one-way tickets. She was reportedly planning to head to Vietnam where Vu was born.

The New York Daily Newsreported that on Thursday Brooklyn Federal Judge Frederic Block ruled there was "ample evidence" that Vu purposely failed to follow a French family court decree when she didn't return Isabella to her biological father Richard Froger. That evidence was enough to rule in favor of Vu’s extradition to France to face parental kidnapping charges.

"Seeking justice for myself and my daughter has been a long and challenging journey and behind it are many strong emotions that all came to the surface when it was my chance to speak in court," she told the New York Daily News before the judge announced his decision.

The Daily Mail, which said the New York Daily News saw the lawsuit, reported Vu alleged Froger didn't become a part of Isabella's life until she was seven years old. One email from Froger in the suit (written after the fling with Vu) allegedly read, "I never wanted to have a baby with you."

Vu has appealed the judge's decision to extradite her reported the Daily Mail.
