Daniel Green, a 26-year-old stockbroker from London who allegedly raped a young woman after a night of partying last year, claimed his alleged victim started crying not because he was attacking her, but because he has—according to his lawyer, at least—"a very large penis."

Green claims that his sexual encounter with the alleged victim in May of 2015, which took place at the office of his firm StratX, was consensual. But he testified that he noticed the woman was crying, and thought that the size of his member that was reason. "I jumped back and said 'why the f*** are you crying?'," he said, according to the Evening Standard. "I was thinking maybe my penis was hurting her." Green gave measurements to the jury, saying that his length (10") and girth (4") makes it difficult for him to have a love life. "I always have difficulty when it comes to having sex with girls," he explained. "I find my penis is hard to penetrate females."

The woman who is accusing him of rape, unsurprisingly, has a far different version of events, one in which only the tears are consistent. She claims that she was sleeping, trying to kill time until she could catch a train home. This is what she said happened next:

"I remember Daniel turning me over so I was on my front mainly underneath the desk, but my legs were outside. At that point I remember just trying to crawl forward to get away. I knew what was going to happen. I remember being pulled back. The next thing I remember was Daniel raping me."

The prosecutor said that Green only stopped when the woman burst into tears.

After the alleged rape, the woman called a friend, who then contacted the police.
