An Austrian teen still very much on Facebook (I'm shocked too) wasn't about to let her evil, and not to mention inconsiderate, parents get away with posting embarrassing photos of her on the social media site—so she sued them. And with that the Austrian teen has managed to one up the teenager who sued her parents for her college tuition.

The teen, perhaps so embarrassed over the end of her social life, and not about suing the people who gave her life, has only been identified as being 18-years-old reportedThe Local Austria. According to the lawsuit the teen’s parents have posted 500 photos of her since 2009 sharing it with their 700 Facebook friends.

"They knew no shame and no limit—and didn’t care whether it was a picture of me sitting on the toilet or lying naked in my cot—every stage was photographed and then made public,"  the teen reportedly said. But before you think she's heartless she did try to do things the easy way asking her parents to take the photos down resorting to the lawsuit when they didn't comply. "I'm tired of not being taken seriously by my parents," she said.

Michael Rami, the lawyer for the teen, said they could win the case if it's proven the photos "violated her rights to a personal life" The Local Austriawrote. The teen's dad however thinks he's within his rights to publish the photos since he took them. Rami also said should the teen win the case her parents will have to cough up some cash and pay for their ungrateful daughter's legal fees.

At least they're not in France where The Local Austria noted people can face up to one year in prison and a fine for sharing photos of people without being given permission.
