An Arizona police chase had time for a snack break when the driver being chased stopped by an In-N-Out Burger. Believe it or not, it’s not even the weirdest a police chase has gotten recently: this summer, an Oakland driver in a go-kart led police on a real life Mario Kart chase.

The Arizona chase was caught on video and broadcast on Facebook live by Phoenix’s 12 News. According to 12 News, local police followed Josh Adkins in a "low-speed" pursuit as he drove through Phoenix on Wednesday night. But things took off, police said, when they tried to pull him over just before 10:30 p.m. only to have him take off in his white pickup truck.

The chase continued as Adkins stopped by In-N-Out. Video shows the fleeing suspect checked out the menu for a few minutes before moving to the service window. Adkins would manage to get out of the fast food joint’s parking lot without police intervening.

Adkins then leaves the pickup and continues on foot, going into the backyard of a nearby house. The police helicopter’s lights showed Adkins was shirtless in shorts and a hat. It wasn’t long after arriving in the backyard that Adkins put his hands up and surrendered to police.

According to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, Adkins was arrested and booked on having an outstanding warrant and trying to escape police. No word on what he ordered at In-N-Out.
