A father and mother in Tempe, Arizona recently got an upsetting shock when they woke to find a strange man holding their 2-year-old daughter, according to reports. Reportedly awoken at 2:30 a.m. by the sounds of the young child crying, the parents say they found their daughter in the lap of a man whose pants were sagging so low that his butt was exposed.

Upon being discovered, the suspect, a 35-year-old Israeli citizen named Oren Aharon Cohen, allegedly told the father “I’m your friend,” and then tossed the toddler on the couch and tried to run away. The father reportedly apprehended Cohen and held him down while the mother called 911.

When the police arrived, they say the suspect refused commands and they had to use a stun gun during the arrest.

When asked about the incident, the child told authorities that Cohen gave her an “ouchie” and pointed to her buttocks. Her parents say she was wearing the same pajamas and diapers that she'd been wearing when they put her to bed.

Cohen claims he believed the child was a dwarf. He told authorities that he was visiting a friend in the same apartment complex, and became so drunk that he mistakenly entered the wrong unit after going outside to smoke a cigarette. He said he often does “stupid shit” when drunk and told authorities he “played with the midget.” He also said there was no sexual activity involved, and according to reports, he was upset when police told him the person was actually a child.

Cohen was charged with one count of aggravated assault on a minor, one count of kidnapping and one count of second-degree burglary. He is currently in jail in lieu of $250,000 bond.
