White supremacists are planning an armed march "against Jews, Jewish businesses, and everyone who supports either" in Montana. The march will be yet another anti-Semitic incident in Whitefish, Montana, the 7,000-person town where the mother of white nationalist Richard Spencer lives.

Andrew Anglin, who runs the neo-Nazi website The Daily Stormer, wrote on Dec. 22 in a blog post:

"[W]e are planning an armed protest in Whitefish. Montana has extremely liberal open carry laws, so my lawyer is telling me we can easily march through the center of the town carrying high-powered rifles. I myself am planning on being there to lead the protest, which has been dubbed 'March on Whitefish.'"

Anglin wrote that the march will take place around "the second week of January—just before the inauguration." He wrote that around 200 people will be participating in the anti-Semitic armed march:

"Currently, my guys say we are going to be able to put together about 200 people to participate in the march, which will be against Jews, Jewish businesses, and everyone who supports either. We will be busing in skinheads from the Bay Area."

The planned march is the most anti-Semitic incident forced upon the small Montana town by white supremacists. Their actions are a part of what Anglin calls "Operation Whitefish," which he describes as "our battle against the sickening Jew racket running the town." Now, according to his blog post, "We are continuing our barrage against the criminal Jews of Whitefish and their racketeering cartel."

According to Fusion, the white supremacist campaign is in response to Sherry Spencer's alleged business troubles, after some residents have allegedly avoided doing business with her because of her son's deplorable views. As white supremacists, they blamed the Jews for this, instead of acknowledging how vile Spencer and his views are.

Sgt. Dave Herman of the Whitefish Police Department told the Missoulian, "We're aware of it," but didn't add anything else.
