It appears that having the world’s biggest penis isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. According to The Daily Mail, 54 year-old Roberto Esquivel Cabrera, from Saltillo, Mexico, is the proprietor of the colossal member, which measures 18.9 inches—when flaccid.
The incredible girth didn’t happen by accident. “He was obsessed with the penis length,” Dr. Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez told Barcroft TV. “He began with this enlargement since he was a teenager, wrapping some bands around his penis with some weights and trying to stretch it.”
Unfortunately, the unnatural size of Cabrera’s penis prevents him from living a normal life, which is why doctors have tried to convince him to get a penile reduction. “We have advised him ‘Roberto, the best thing for you is that the doctors give a normal shape to your penis so that it doesn't hurt you, in order to have sexual relationships, in order to have children,’" Dr. Gonzalez explained. “But he doesn't accept it, he'd rather have a penis bigger than the rest of the people.”
Despite the many difficulties it poses, Cabrera likes the fact that it separates him from his countrymen. “I am famous because I have the biggest penis in the world,” he said. “I am happy with my penis, I know nobody has the size I have.”
And while Cabrera has achieved a large amount of notoriety, it hasn’t always been for the right reasons. While he was living in the U.S., Cabrera was convicted on a felony assault charge for exposing himself to two underage girls. He was extradited in 2001, and was been eyeing a return ever since.
“I am happy with my penis and I wish to go back to the U.S. and spend the rest of my life over there,” Cabrera explained, adding that he hopes to find the right woman and one day become a porn star. “The people are not like over here, they are more liberal,” he said. “They don't care about what I have in my pants."
