The weather outside is less than welcoming, but there are still some creatives out there who simply refuse to stop their grind. Ontario streets may be covered in snow and ice, but that isn't going to discourage the good folks at Vivid Media Co. The visual production company was out in Oshawa earlier this week, where they shot a new music video for one of their clients. While the whole event was incredibly harmless, residents in the area became a bit startled and called on the local authorities to investigate. Police involvement was totally unnecessary, but for everyone present, it ended up being the surprise highlight of the night.

Responding to the scene was Durham Regional Police Const. Jarrod Singh, who happened upon a group of dancers on the side of the road. Speaking with Global News, Singh said “I saw eight people gathered around one person, so I can see how a member of the public thought it was a fight. But when I got closer I could see he was break dancing in the middle and there was someone filming it.” That's when the local cop decided to get in on the action.

As it turns out, Const. Singh has an arsenal of moves and isn't afraid to show them all off. You won't be surpirsed to learn that he was also part of a dance crew back in the day. The troupe in question has been featured in MuchMusic clips and once landed a gig opening for Rick Ross. The original Facebook post from Vivid Media has since gone viral, and has now been seen by hundreds of thousands of people. For everyone involved, it'll be a moment they won't forget.
