Greater Manchester Police released a new image of Manchester Arena bombing suspect Salman Abedi Monday. The photo shows the 22-year-old suspect carrying a blue suitcase:

"Today, we are releasing an image of [Salman Abedi] carrying a distinctive blue suitcase and an image of a replica of the case," Detective Chief Superintendent Russ Jackson, from the North West Counter Terrorism Unit, said in a statement. "We know he visited the Wilmslow Road area of Manchester and was also seen in Manchester city centre with the blue suitcase. Did you see Abedi with this suitcase between the 18 and 22 May 2017?"

Though police believe Salman Abedi had the suitcase during the days leading up to the Manchester Arena bombing, authorities confirmed Monday that the suitcase was not used in the attack. "I want to stress that this is a different item than the one he used in the attack," Jackson said. "This image was taken from CCTV in the city centre on 22 May. We have no reason to believe the case and its contents contain anything dangerous, but would ask people to be cautious."

A 23-year-old man was arrested in Shoreham-by-Sea Monday on suspicion of terrorism offenses, the Associated Pressreported. A total of 14 men are now in custody in connection with the Manchester Arena suicide bombing, which killed 22 people and wounded more than 100 others at an Ariana Grande concert.

As announced last week, Grande is now planning to return to Manchester for a benefit concert for victims' families. "Music is something that everyone on Earth can share," Grande said. "Music is meant to heal us, to bring us together, to make us happy. So that is what it will continue to do for us."
