Officers said they do not believe the incident was an act of terrorism, and claim it likely resulted from a dispute. Little Rock Police Chief Kenton Buckner estimated about 20 to 40 shots were fired by multiple shooters. No arrests have been made, as officers have yet to identify a motive or any suspects.

Memphis rapper Finese 2tymes was the headliner for Saturday’s concert. Shortly after the shootout, he posted a message on Facebook expressing his condolences.

“Prayers go to the innocent people and there [sic] family that came out to support me, last night in Little Rock, Ark.,” he wrote. “The violence is not for the club people. We all come with [one] motive at the end of the day, and thats [sic] to have fun. Not to be hurt.”
