Robert Glasper made quite a stir earlier this year with his hip-hop-infused jazz album Black Radio. Next week Glasper is dropping Black Radio Recovered – The Remix EP, and to get the hype going he’s been trickling out remixes. Yesterday we saw ?uestlove’s remix of “Twice” featuring the Roots and Solange Knowles, and earlier this week Pete Rock gave us the “Black Radio” remix featuring Yasiin Bey.
Today Glasper gives us yet another taste of the remix EP with his and Jewels’ remix of “Letter To Hermione.” The dreamy track features some smooth vocals by Bilal and a powerful flow by Black Milk. Check out it out below and pick up Black Radio Recovered: The Remix EP October 9 on Blue Note.
