Next month more than a dozen musicians will come together at New York City’s Carnegie Hall to honor Prince. The Music of Prince benefit concert will donate funds to various programs promoting music education for underprivileged youth.
The lineup includes house band The Roots, Talib Kweli, D’Angelo, Bilal, Elvis Costello, Booker T, Blind Boys of Alabama, Bhi Bhiman and Princess (featuring Maya Rudolph). The whole thing goes down on March 7; tickets are on sale now.
