Looks like Epic Records chairman L.A. Reid has put his six-bedroom Upper East Side condo up for sale. The asking price? $18.9 million.
Reid, who has worked as a judge on X Factor, lived in a 5,000 square foot condo on the 10th floor of 515 Park Avenue. He originally purchased the home for $9.43 million in 2000.
Among the benefits of living in the building: 15 private, "climate-controlled" wine cellars. Valet, doorman and concierge. The services of chef Daniel Boulud. And, according to its listing, "features art deco moldings, a grand pre war scale, high ceilings and cove lighting."
