The stars have aligned for what could arguably be one of the best partnerships to occur in hip-hop, as veteran beat maker Just Blaze will be the executive producer for Slaughterhouse's third album.

As many know, Just Blaze and Joe Budden have a history that dates back to his "Pump It Up" days, while Slaughterhouse and Just Blaze linked up (sans Budden) on the remarkable cut "Session One," a bonus track on Eminem's 2010 release, Recovery.

While common notion would be that Just Blaze will also handle most the production, Slaughterhouse have likewise tapped a murderer's row of additional producers for the project, including J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League and Araab Muzik. More importantly, the four MC's are working on the album as a group, as opposed to their previous approach of handling studio work separately. "I’m really excited about doing things a different way this time around," Joe Budden said.

"Everyone is in the perfect space, mentally, " added Royce Da 5'9''. "It feels great to be back in the studio with the guys, and I think that I can speak for everyone when I say that we just [want to] make an album that will stand the test of time and mean [something] to hip-hop."
