We know that MK is always seen as a beacon of the deep house scene, but there's something to this remix of Angel Haze's "Battle Cry" that particularly feels hip-house-y - in a great way. Nothing corny or vintage about this, just a hypnotic, darker house lick that acts as a proper bed for Angel's vocal. Once that hook hits, you've got a totally '90s vibe being thrown into your face.
