According to Miss Info, Lil Boosie will be released from prison on February 13. The Baton Rouge rapper has been incarcerated since 2009. He was sentenced to prison for two years after pleading guilty to third-degree possession of marijuana, violating parole. His sentence was extended in 2011 when he pleaded guilty for attempting to smuggle narcotics.

This past December, it was reported that Lil Boosie would be released from prison on August 18 of this year. His brother, Taquari Hatch, updated those concerned immediately after the report came out by stating Boosie could be released as early as February 16. According to Taquari, the rapper needed to finish two classes to be eligible for release. It looks like that scenario played out here.
