Premiere: Sam Smith "Nirvana (Remix)" (Prod. by Harry Fraud)

From Smith's re-release of his EP by the same name.

None

Sam Smith has released a remix of his 2013 record "Nirvana." Who he chooses for the remix may initially come as a surprise to some, but after listening it's clear the 21-year-old UK pop star made the right choice. The man behind the boards? None other than hip-hop producer Harry Fraud, who's spent the last few years building his sound working with the likes of Action Bronson, French Montana, and Curren$y. Fraud tones down his usual bombastic style here, weaving a smooth melody that becomes one with Smith's euphoric vocals. Fraud's signature "La Musica de Harry Fraud" tag is added at the top of the song, just in case you didn't believe he could get down like this.

"Nirvana (Remix)" will be included on the U.S. release of Smith's EP by the same name out January 28. Two other new songs will be included to the original four that were presented on the UK release from last October.
