Joell Ortiz is known for dropping prolific bars, so it's appropriate for him to call his newest song just that. "Bars" is produced by Sarom, who takes Bob James' classic "Nautilus" which has been sampled by greats such as Run-DMC, Rakim, and Naughty By Nature, among many others, and gives it his own flavor. Ortiz crushes the instrumental as can be expected from the Slaughterhouse member. He ends the song with an emphatic statement: "So motherfucka here I am/This next solo album's for the fans motherfucka/Fuck a first week."
