Hot 97's annual music festival, Summer Jam is upon us again. We spoke with two of the New York station's leading ladies, Miss Info and Laura Stylez, about the yearly concert. When asked who they were looking forward to, Laura Stylez replied "I want to see Nas. I want to see 50." Miss info added, "I remember 50 in his villain of hip-hop mode. That's an exciting thing to see." The two also spoke about the growth of the Festival Stage, once relegated for the "farm team," which has now grown to host some of music's illest acts.
As Summer Jam veterans, the duo has seen some of hip-hop's biggest moments take place on the renowned stage, but they know that surprises are always in store and it's tough to know what to expect.
