Childish Major last surfaced just over a week ago, stepping out from behind the boards to boost frequent collaborator Rome Fortune's "The Night" with some soft vocals. Today, he releases the self-produced, aptly titled "Childish." Tapping the talent of another Atlanta up-and-comer, Two-9's CurtisWilliams, Major once more exercises his crooning capabilities.
The beat benefits from Curtis' signature synths, churning beneath his subtly distorted vocals. Minor additions—a brief acoustic guitar section, an occasional sound effect—layer the track further.
Stream "Childish" below. Community Service, Major's EP with MatikEstrada, drops August 15th.
