Things done changed since The Notorious B.I.G. released his seminal debut album Ready to Die in 1994. And maybe the best litmus test to prove this theory lies in Bed-Stuy, Biggie's birthplace, where a change in scenery has taken place. Otherwise known as gentrification. Look it up.
