According to a source at Fox29 Philly, Meek Mill will be released from prison at some point today. Meek was originally sentenced to jail time back in July for a parole violation and remained locked up despite various attempts from his legal team to get him released. According to the source, Meek will have to undergo treatment and participate in community service upon his release, and he will also not be able to travel outside of Philadelphia for the foreseeable future.

Before he was locked up, Meek was gearing up to drop his long-awaited sophomore album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, which was ultimately delayed due to his jail sentence. A new date for the album has not been announced, but knowing Meek, he will get right to it upon his release. We will continue to update this story as more details are made available.
