A judge recently sided with former Cash Money Records member Turk in his extensive lawsuit against the label. Last month, Turk filed a default motion in the case after Cash Money missed the extended date to respond to the original lawsuit over money owed to the Young & Thuggin artist. A Louisiana judge has now approved Turk's default motion in court, and the judge will now decide how much money the label must pay Turk in the case.

Originally, Turk was seeking $1.3 million in the matter, but he also inquired that the label calculate how much money his music made for the label while he was signed. During a recent interview with The Breakfast Club, Turk talked about not being mad at Birdman despite the legal issues, and that he was just letting it play out.
