Bieber talked about his recording process, and said that lately he's been hard on himself while trying to make the best music possible.
Some fans were speculating that Bieber might be dropping his single today, but instead he dropped the news that the song, which is titled "What Do You Mean," will be released in a month. Justin said that it's a fun and summery type record that is along the same lines of his "Where Are Ü Now" collaboration with Skrillex. No word on will the album will drop, but Bieber said that he plans to tour after the project is out.
