Following the release of "Glass & Patron" earlier this year and "Figure 8" and "I'm Your Doll" earlier this summer, Complex cover star FKA Twigs arrives today to reveal her brand new EP M3LLI55X. Arising mostly from a spontaneous creative period shortly after the release of her debut album LP1, the EP features both old and new collaborations including BOOTS and longer-term collaborators tic and Cy An. Having met BOOTS by chance while in New York between tours, BOOTS and Twigs immediately pushed each other to edges of exploration and recorded the bulk of the EP in just a few short days. The EP also features artwork courtesy of one of Twigs' early collaborators Matthew Stone

Continuing the holistic creative process undertaken in both of her previous releases EP1 and EP2, M3LLI55X features five new songs, four of which are accompanied by a video. Directed by FKA Twigs herself, the videos cement her artistic vision by conceptualizing the ideas of "feeling pregnant with pain, birthing creativity and liberation" all weaved together in one fluid film as magnetic as Twigs herself. It's her carefully crafted art, poignantly expressed through Twigs' dance that delivers M3LLI55X as her most ambitious, enthralling and complete effort to date.
