Mack Maine and Birdman are facing a lawsuit from a family who claims that the rappers misidentified their son on the artwork for the song, "Ethan Couch." The song, which Mack released in June of 2014, is about the Texas teenage who killed four people while he was drunk driving. Couch got 10 years of probation in the case, but received no jail time because of the "affluenza" defense. Couch's lawyers argued that he was a product of wealthy and privileged parents who never taught him right from wrong.

According to TMZ, Mark and Becky English filed the lawsuit with the claim that Birdman and Mack used a photo of their 17-year-old son instead. Birdman is included on the lawsuit because the project was put out through Cash Money Records. The amount of money that the English family is suing for is unclear at this time. The below photo of Couch looks similar to the artwork, but it's unclear which picture Mack Maine originally used. We'll continue to update when more details are made available.
