2015 has seen a lot of action from the Smith family. From Jaden Smith's arrival as full-blown metaphysical superstar to Willow's art-forward surprise album release, it's been quite a time to be a Smith. Will Smith, of course, has also experienced quite an artistic leap this year. With his praise-garnering turn in the controversial (to the NFL, at least) film Concussion, Big Will has been on a marathon of interviews and thankfully used his latest Tonight Show stop to talk about his forthcoming tour with DJ Jazzy Jeff.

"We never had a chance to really go out and tour," Smith told Jimmy Fallon of the hectic rise to superstardom surrounding the duo's single "Parents Just Don't Understand" and the premiere of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. "We decided a couple months ago, you know what, we have to go out one good time because we never really had a chance to go out and blaze it up."

When an excited Jimmy pressed Will for more details on the 2016 Jazzy Jeff x Fresh Prince trek, Will revealed his plans for an opening act. "There's a little bad news for you," he said in a somber tone. "We're bringing The Roots. Philly supersedes all." Emotions soundly bruised, Jimmy then tried to impress Will with a "country version" of Drake's always-playing-everywhere megahit "Hotline Bling."

This is how impressed Will was:

Wow. Mood.

Will also spoke on Willow's just-released album, revealing that she released it "from her room" and that they were actually both recording "at the same time," further backing up the reality that Will Smith might really be back in the game.
