Waka Flocka Flame isn't going to be happy about this one. According to a report from Bossip, the Eagles Landing Property Owners Association (where Flocka owns a home), hit the rapper with a $20,000 lien on his house for "unpaid assessments and charges." This means if he were to sell the home, the money would come directly out of the profits before he was able to access them. They're also looking for late fees and reimbursement for attorney costs related to bringing the suit against him.

All the money drama reportedly stems from Waka's failure to pay the housing association's upkeep fees. According to the Bossip report, Waka originally purchased the McDonough, Ga. home (which features 7 bedrooms and nearly 4,000 square feet) back in 2011 for $400,000. Let's hope he can get the legal issues sorted out soon.
