Hits don't happen overnight in the music industry. In fact, songs usually take a while before they get the recognition they deserve. That especially seems to be the case with O.T. Genasis' banger, "Cut It," a song he dropped all the way back in September but is just now starting to gain traction. Of course, Genasis is no stranger to having a hit on his hands, as "CoCo" blew up more than anyone probably would have expected last year.

Though the Young Dolph-assisted "Cut It" is somewhat similar to "CoCo," it holds its own identity and is a true banger that could seriously be one of the first big club songs of 2016. From the production down to Genasis' fire adlibs, "Cut It" is an incredibly catchy experience that will be stuck in your head for hours on end. Even better, Genasis is rapping at a pretty high level throughout the song and makes it so you just don't want to hear the hook, but the dope verses as well. So while most probably wrote O.T. Genasis off after the hype for "CoCo" slowed down, it sounds like he's got another hit on deck. We suggest you get hip ASAP.
