Whatever happened to predictability? Your favorite ‘90s sitcom and your favorite Canadian pop star just collided on the theme song for Netflix’s Tanner Family reboot Fuller House. Carly Rae Jepsen updates the original Full House theme song, giving Danny and the gang an electro-pop makeover. Jesse Frederick, the song’s original performer, even blessed this modernization, joining Carly Rae Jepsen and producer Butch Walker (Avril Lavigne, Fall Out Boy) in the studio during the recording process. The whole thing sounds suspiciously like an E*MO*TION b-side.
