Farrah Franklin, the former member of Destiny's Child, was arrested for public intoxication, according to TMZ. The ex girl group member reportedly got into an argument with a friend around 3:00 a.m. Thursday outside a gym in DeKalb County, Georgia. Officers showed up, but Franklin said she was not ready to leave and said, "These n***** won't leave me alone."

Cops noticed signs of drunkenness, which prompted them to ask how much alcohol she had been drinking to which she replied, "Not enough." The police then busted Franklin for public intoxication as well as possession of weed. She is currently still in custody with a bail set at $250.00.

This isn't Franklin's first encounter with the police. Back in 2014, she was arrested in South Carolina for disorderly conduct. She was also booked for disorderly conduct years before after allegedly drinking and claiming she was a victim of racial profiling in Los Angeles in 2011.

Franklin is best known for her short time in the super girl group, Destiny's Child, from 1999-2000. She spent six months in Destiny's Child before quitting the group when they were due to perform in Seattle. She has since alleged that she left the group due to mistreatment and miscommunication. Many still remember the moment that Franklin was fired from the group, since it was captured on a 24/7 Access special. In the clip, Farrah was sent to the airport during a rehearsal and subsequently fired from the group. When Farrah becomes concerned about leaving without her luggage, Beyoncé offered a quick solution, “I mean, somebody could send you your luggage."

DeKalb County Police did not immediately return Complex's request for comment, but you can see the singer's mug shot from early Thursday morning below courtesy of TMZ.
