The Ghostbusters remake has an incredible soundtrack to go with it, and today Fall Out Boy and Missy Elliott's new contribution arrives. "Ghostbusters (I'm Not Afraid)" launches like an industrial, production crunched take on Ray Parker Jr.'s iconic theme song from the 1984 original.

Fall Out Boy kicks the whole thing off with lead singer Patrick Stump's signature vocals asking, "Who you gonna call?" Soon, Missy shows up to deliver an expertly executed verse about being home alone and calling the ultimate heroes to help her out. Our only wish is that there was even more of Missy on the song because anything less than a full album just feels like a tease.

Recently, Missy hit the studio with Bruno Mars, giving us hope that new music from the rapper is on the way, but it's still unclear exactly what the two were cooking up.

Still, it's definitely a welcome update to the original that definitely sets the mood for the highly-anticipated, female-fronted Ghostbusters.

Fall Out Boy and Missy Elliott are just the tip of what's to come on the very stacked soundtrack. Previously, G-Eazy and Jeremih dropped their Ghostbusters track "Saw It Coming," Elle King dropped her track "Good Girls," but we still have a collaboration between Mark Ronson, Passion Pit, and A$AP Ferg to look forward to along with songs from ZAYN, Pentatonix, WALK THE MOON, and Wolf Alice.

Listen to "Ghostbusters (I'm Not Afraid)" above and get it instantly when you pre-order the Ghostbusters soundtrack before it drops July 15.
