British singer-songwriter (and sometimes Drake and Kanye West collaborator) Sampha sat down for BBC Radio 1's "Piano Sessions" series, and knocked his performance out of the park. He decided to take on Air's "All I Need," and really put his own spin on the track. He captures the original's spacey aesthetic while adding his own twist, slowing things down a bit and infusing it with beautiful live piano. "All I Need" is a classic song from Air, the French electronic music duo who first gained popularity in the late '90s with their album Moon Safari

Sampha is best known to many music fans due to his work with Drake and Kanye West. He appeared on Drake's "Too Much" from his album Nothing Was the Same. He also appeared on "Saint Pablo," which Kanye West recently added to his ever-evolving album The Life of Pablo. Although the song was not originally included, it now serves as the album's closing track. Kanye even named his upcoming Saint Pablo tour after the song.

During his appearance with BBC Radio 1, Sampha also performed a rendition of his own song, "Timmy's Prayer," which he released back in May as his first song in quite some time. Aside from his appearance on SBTRKT's album Save Yourself back in March, Sampha hadn't released much of anything music-wise since 2014. Hopefully, his "Timmy's Prayer" release, along with this stripped-down performance, means that he's back on his music grind. You can check out the "All I Need" performance in the video above, and the "Timmy's Prayer" one below.
