It may not be the early 2000s and Fabolous isn’t the hottest name reverberating across the soundwaves, but when it comes to mixtapes on a consistent basis, he’s the gift that keeps on giving. Over two decades after dropping his first mixtape, and putting out nearly a dozen subsequent tapes, Fab is back at it again this summer with the release of his latest project.
Earlier this week, he announced the title of his upcoming mixtape, Summertime Shootout 2, and teased it with the release of the tape’s first single, “My Sh*t.” There’s no word yet on an official release date, but the way he’s been hyping it up tells us that we won’t have to wait too long.
