Joe Budden stopped by DJ Funkmaster Flex's Hot 97 radio show to remind the world that despite his recent beef with Drake, he is primarily known for being a prolific rapper that is able to deliver dense bars at a moment's notice.

The rapper shouts out his native New Jersey before laying in thick to Fabolous' "Breathe" instrumental, dropping dense bar after bar, laying out a thick foundation before he goes the jugular addressing his past and present struggles. "Worry free cause my lawyer get it crunk, told me I get time served without ever getting a bunk." The whole thing feels like a powerful message to the haters in response to his recent onslaught of criticism.

Further proving he as an unmistakable way with words, he then flipped his own meme from his memorable run-in with some fans into a fire line that also shouted out Roc-A-Fella rapping, "Sometimes you gotta show the kids you really ran with the Roc."

It's no secret that Budden and Drake have been at their beef for weeks now, shooting each other with diss tracks. Budden sat down with The Breakfast Club to explain his side and alleged that Drake sent him subliminal shots in his "4PM in Calabasas." It feels like Budden takes aim at this claim, capping off the freestyle with If ain't a bar, I ain't addressing it. If it ain't directly, directly to me, I don't respect it." Drake, we think he's looking at you. Earlier this week, Budden even bet Drake $10,000 that he couldn't release 25 diss tracks. Luckily, Drake is his pettiest on the road so let's hope he's cooking up a rebuttal for us right now. In the meantime, watch Budden dominate his freestyle above.
