If you’ve got tickets to the Bad Boy Family Reunion stop in Atlanta next month, there’s a chance you’ll miss out on a major performer: Faith Evans.

TMZ reports that the 43-year-old singer has been slapped with a lawsuit for allegedly breaching a contract. The man behind the claims is a Georgia concert promoter named Jeremy Hill who says the Bad Boy Family Reunion tour conflicts with a performance date Evans previously agreed to. Now he’s trying to pull her from the Bad Boy Atlanta show.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Hill booked Evans to perform at Atlanta’s Wolf Creek Amphitheater on Sept. 10 and has already paid the artist $17,500 for the performance. He said after Evans had agreed to the deal, she signed on to the Bad Boy Family Reunion tour, which is scheduled to stop in Atlanta on Sept. 8.

In the lawsuit, Hill said the contract included a non-compete clause, which prohibits Evans from performing within a 100-mile radius of his concert within the six months leading up to the Sept. 10 date. He also claims representatives for Evans have confirmed she’s backing out of her deal with him, which is why he's also seeking $100,000 from Evans.

Stay tuned to see how the story unfolds.
