Just one year after the release of his debut album Welcome to JFK, the estate of Chinx has returned with his sophomore effort, Legends Never Die.

Chinx’s second project contains 14 tracks with features from Meet Sims, French Montana, Mavado, and Remo the Hitmaker. The production comes from the same JFK collaborators: Four Kings (Blickie Blaze, Young Stokes, DJ Amazin), Austin and Smash David, Lee on the Beat for Amazinz Music Group, and Remo. Harry Fraud, who has worked with the Far Rockaway rapper early on in his career (see: Flight 2011), produced “Legendary.”

Chinx’s manager Doug “Biggs” Ellison shared a post an Instagram his intentions and goals for Legends Never Die.

“I pray this body of work continues to culminate Chinx’s contribution as a street rapper, business man, and legendary recording artist,” he wrote. “From the Cocaine Riot series, I’ll Take It From Here, Welcome to JFK, and now Legends Never Die. He took us from the trap house, to the strip club, from the radio, to Madison Square Garden. His voice will continue to play as our soundtrack.”

French has continued to show appreciation for Chinx with unreleased songs. This year, French has featured the late Coke Boy on Wave Gods(“All Over”) and the upcoming album MC4 (“Chinx & Max/Paid For”). The latter teams Chinx with Max B, who announced his early release from jail today.

You can stream Legends Never Die via Spotify, and purchase the album on iTunes.
