Could the beef really be over?
N.O.R.E. claimed in his latest podcast that he had heard Drake and Rick Ross had met up in Miami to try and finally bury the beef between Drake and Meek Mill. "I heard that Drake and Ross met in Prime 112 to squash the beef between Meek Mill and Drake," he said, noting that he wasn't sure of the validity of the rumor at this point. "I don't know if I'm supposed to blow it up, but I heard Ross and Drake met with each other," he said. It's certainly not concrete evidence, but N.O.R.E. doesn't seem like the type to aimlessly spread rumors.

If true, this would be very interesting, considering just a week ago, Ross denied that he would do exactly that. "Nah," he said on N.O.R.E.'s podcast. "You gotta understand, it’s like this. Shit, we all rich niggas. Well, I know I’m a rich nigga. I know what Meek Mill getting. I don’t know what they business like. I don’t know what’s really touching the bank account. Just off some 1,000 shot, you either be ‘g’ enough to [deal with whatever] the issue is, just bring it to the table or you just let it go out of control and see what happens.”
Tensions between the two seemed to cool for a bit, but boiled back over after Drake called Meek Mill out on stage in Philadelphia. We'll have to see if the two really end up putting the beef behind them, but with Meek Mill's Dreamchasers 4 out soon, the timing couldn't be better.
