With a constant stream of quality music available at your fingertips, it's always interesting to hear what the rappers and producers making your favorite songs are listening to. My Favorite Song RN is a feature where we ask, as the name suggests, what songs artists currently have in rotation.

First up is super-producer Metro Boomin, who you of course know from his extensive production credits with Future, Drake, Gucci Mane, Young Thug, Kanye West, and just about everyone else rapping in 2016.

Gucci Mane "Pick Up the Pieces"

Metro stayed true to the city that made him with his pick, going with a new Gucci Mane cut. "I gotta go with Gucci Mane 'Pick Up the Pieces.' That was my favorite song from Everybody Looking and my favorite song since he's been out of jail. From the groove to the beat to the song to his flow, it's all classic Guwop," Metro said. "That shit is really what I play in the car the most."

Nelly Nellyville

Metro says that he's bumping his own work too, in particular Savage Mode, his collaborative album with 21 Savage, on a daily basis. But in looking for inspiration for his own album, he's listening to older hip-hop. "I'm working on my album, so shit that was inspiring to me growing up. GraduationCollege Dropout, Dre's 2001, all these things I bumped back then. Nellyville and "Country Grammar" too." Metro also noted that he was on the Nellyville wave before the #SaveNelly movement took off a few weeks back, but that he's all the way here for it. We are too, Metro.
