In August 2015, it was revealed that The Game was being sued by a contestant on his reality show She's Got Game for sexual assault and was seeking $10 million in damages. The case has yet to go to trial, and it appears that an eyewitness to the alleged event is reportedly scared to testify against the L.A. rapper.

According to TMZ, the defendant Priscilla Rainey is claiming through her legal team that "the witness was at the sports bar the night The Game allegedly groped Rainey, and she's the only one who saw it go down. Rainey says she's scared, but doesn't say why." The Game's own lawyers have fought back to say that the charge is totally false, "claiming it's all a ploy to shake down the rapper for $10 million." TMZ adds, "Game's lawyer says they've spoken to the witness multiple times and she never expressed any fear."

In 2015, Priscilla Rainey was cast to be on She's Got Game, which is essentially a rapper version of The Bachelor in which women vie for his heart. Since then, she has alleged that she experienced unwanted physical advances from The Game during a shoot in May of that year. According to Rainey's suit, she alleges that The Game was "out of control" and far from sober during a taping at a sports bar. Rainey is reportedly claiming that in one of multiple instances of assault, The Game "forcefully [reached] his hand inside her dress."
