We're facing a long, difficult four years. The end of the Obama presidency leaves us staring down an uncertain future, now that Donald Trump will be president. He and his cabinet have effectively promised to make life in America disastrous for, among others, women, immigrants, Muslims, journalists, and the LGBTQ community.

Music is powerful but art is rarely enough. Activism, protest, and policy change (or protection) will be paramount. But in terms of day-to-day life, music can help sustain us, focus us, and deliver us from the stress and anxiety the mere thought of the next four years engenders.
