Watch BadBadNotGood's "Tiny Desk Concert" for NPR

The Toronto jazz quartet put on a show for NPR.

Toronto jazz outfit, BadBadNotGood, had an undoubtedly stellar 2016. Aside from high-profile collaborations, the band's greatest achievement was their latest and excellent full-length project, IV. Armed with another permanent band member, the group unleashed a welcome new sound, spearheaded by a wave of psychedelic influence. It was a successful endeavour to say the least, landing the quartet on multiple year-end lists - including one at Complex CA. Now six months removed from the release, BBNG are looking to keep up their momentum by embarking on a west coast tour.

While in the midst of travel, the boys stopped at NPR to play some of their tunes for an intimate "Tiny Desk Concert". The set comes chock-full of grooves and jam sessions, and even snags an awesome appearance from Charlotte Day Wilson - who also just dropped a stirring new video for her lead single, "Work". You can check out the entire performance above, via NPR. If you happen to be in California next month, you can catch them live at multiple stops in Oakland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
