Migos are reportedly facing a $1 million lawsuit after celebrity stylist Marcus Clark alleged the band never returned some expensive clothing items from Niykee Heaton’s “Bad Intentions” video. The 2016 clip featured Quavo, Takeoff, and Offset in fashion from Enfants Riches Déprimés and of course Versace. According to a report by TMZ, the conflict has escalated after attempts to get the clothes back failed.

“Stylist Marcus Clark says they never returned the shirts on their backs, and although he made several attempts to retrieve the gear, the best he got was a text from Migos’ manager saying, ‘That's over wit,’” reports TMZ.

The clothes and taxes amount to roughly $20,000, but reports have Clark seeking a total of $1 million in damages. The various items—ranging from vintage shades to designer shirts—figure prominently in the video, as the trio helps Heaton pull off a bank heist only to be double crossed themselves.

News of the lawsuit comes after Migos locked down their first No. 1 album with January’s Culture. Powered by the hit single “Bad and Boujee,” Migos’ sophomore set sold the equivalent of 131,000 units. The run of chart dominance could very well continue, as the weekend saw Migos collaborate with Calvin Harris and Frank Ocean for the single “Slide.”
