There has been much speculation about Drake’s upcoming More Life project, and any hopes of a proper release putting the aforementioned speculation to rest ended this weekend, as another week brought more questions than answers.

Drake’s longtime producer Noah “40” Shebib confirmed fans would have to wait longer, as he is still finishing the project while congratulating a friend on a new business venture via Instagram.

“Shout out my long time brother Ziggy who just opened his new place,” 40 wrote. “Zig I'll be there asap just got to finish More Life.”

Fan theories about a release date increased when Drake posted a since-deleted handwritten note to Instagram that read, “Om du över sätter det här är det försent.” Under the Swedish missive were the words “More Life” and a possible drop date of March 4.

More Life was originally announced in October of 2016, and in the time since, there’s been a good bit of information provided about what to expect from the exclusive playlist. The release date has shifted from December 2016 to the nebulous date range of sometime during the first quarter to March 4. An updated Apple Music bio written by Andy Kellman hinted at expected features with the following sentence:

“Late that year, Drake issued another trio of singles—including “Fake Love”—that heralded the release of his next full length More Life, which included collaborations with Nineteen85, the Weeknd, and Maneesh Biaye as well as Boi-1da.”

Drake hasn't confirmed those features, but it would be a curious mistake for Apple Music (who is partnering with Drake for More Life) to publish such a listing. In the meantime, eager Drake fans can tide themselves over with an all-encompassing interview with DJ Semtex and singles such as “Fake Love,” “Sneakin” and “Two Birds, One Stone.”
