For Record Store Day 2017, fans of Slick Rick's "Children's Story," especially those who are now parents, can share the magic of quality hip-hop with your kids via The Great Adventures of Slick Rick... Children's Book. Yes, that's right, "Children's Story" is being turned into an actual children's book.
Word is Def Jam linked up with Get On Down to create the book, which has all kinds of dope illustrations that are straight out of the video, along with a 45 of "Children's Story" and "The Moment I Feared," another one of Rick's classic story-driven tracks. It will even include Slick Rick's full The Great Adventures of Slick Rick on CD.
