Rocko Reportedly Asks Judge to Hold Onto Future's Money

Rocko is reportedly asking the court to hold onto Future's tour earnings, because Rocko may soon win them in a lawsuit.

One-time friends Rocko and Future have been at odds for quite some time now. Rocko filed a $10 million lawsuit against Future Hendrix last year, claiming the "Mask Off" rapper cut Rocko out of promised profits dating back to 2011. That was when Rocko signed the artist then known as "Meathead the Future." Future, in turn, has filed a countersuit, saying that Rocko actually owes him money.

The situation just got even more complicated. TMZ is reporting that Rocko is worried Future is going to waste all of the money from his upcoming Nobody's Safe Tour. That would mean there wouldn't be any money left for Future to pay Rocko if the lawsuit goes his way. So Rocko is going to court, asking that all of Future's money from the tour, a projected $5 million, be put in escrow. Rocko is demanding, TMZ claims, that at least a portion of the tour proceeds be set aside to pay off the lawsuit if necessary.

So far, there has been no response from Future about this attempt to set aside his touring money. The Nobody Safe Tour begins this Thursday, May 4, in Memphis and continues until June 30. Support acts include ASAP Ferg, Migos, and Tory Lanez.
