Kodak Black is wasting no time.

Just a week after he was released from jail, the Painting Pictures artist joined forces with Kyle on a surprise remix of “iSpy.” Kyle teased the track Monday night on social media, shortly before dropping it on his official Soundcloud page.

In the updated version, Kyle makes some changes to his original lines, while Kodak steps in for the original guest artist Lil Yachty. And it seems Kyle’s fanbase has mixed feelings about the decision.

The original version of "iSpy" marked Kyle's first entry in the top five of Billboard's Hot 100, peaking at No. 4. The Ayo- and Lege Kale-produced song is expected to land on the rapper's upcoming third studio album. In an interview with Idolator earlier this year, he explained that the project will include a lot of tracks similar to "iSpy"—happy and upbeat.

"[The album] tells the story of how I came back, and how I found my light again," he said. "I’m gonna show you how to do the same thing. If you out there having a bad year, somewhere in a really dark place, don’t worry. I’m about to brighten your day up."
