Wednesday night, U.S. President Donald Trump spoke at a rally in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It was commonplace for his predecssor Barack Obama to make hip-hop references, but it was a bit surprising when Trump did the same at the rally.

Trump alluded to perhaps DJ Khaled’s most well-known song—the 2010 hit “All I Do Is Win,” which features Rick Ross, T-Pain, Ludacris, and Snoop Dogg. We guessed this song might be on Trump’s playlist last summer.

"We are making such incredible progress,” Trump said. “We are making progress like nobody can believe. These people [in the media] are being driven crazy. They have a phony witch hunts going against me and you know what: all we do is win, win, win."

The reaction was modest—perhaps a sign that not a lot of people in Iowa listen to DJ Khaled.

Trump spoke gloatingly about his five-month tenure as president. But Khaled is not a big fan of 45.

"I don't think that he's connecting with the people,” he said recently. “Because the people are the people that have to live this life every day, and you got to respect the people. And we want to be in a world with love and unity and peace. And that's where I say, I can't agree with everything he does. I just can't."

Khaled’s new album, Grateful, will be released on Friday.
