What a day for new music. Not only did Friday bring us new releases from Lana Del Rey and Tyler, the Creator, but it also gave us Meek Mill's long-awaited new album Wins & Losses. To mark the album's release, Funkmaster Flex shared Meek's Hot 97 freestyle with the Philly rapper going in over Puff Daddy's "Victory" and Rowdy Rebel's "Computers" while Fatboy SSE plays hypeman.

Meek's nearly five-minute freestyling session opens with a nod to Kanye West's infamous Advil line from the Watch the Throne single "No Church in the Wild," then launches into some bars that had the whole studio feeling invincible:

Meek also sneaks in a SpongeBob SquarePants reference at around the 4:38 mark.

Meek then spoke with Hot 97's Nessa about Drake matters and the real-life concept of Wins & Losses. At around the 4:55 mark in the clip below, Meek also detailed his idea of a "dating application." Get the full story:

Thursday, Hot 97 dropped Meek's Ebro in the Morning interview. During the 30-minute chat, Meek talked candidly about recently turning 30 and his intention to keep pushing for personal growth. "I just turned 30, man," Meek said. "I be on some positive, grown-man, get-to-the-money type vibe. What can you do? You gonna be Instagramming and tweeting and throwing shots, popping shit forever? We gotta live real life too. It's two sides to that. I think people be getting caught up in the twilight zone. They forget that it's OK to put your phone down."

Wins & Losses, Meek's third full-length studio effort, features appearances from Lil Uzi Vert, Ty Dolla Sign, Young Thug, Rick Ross, Teyana Taylor, and more. The album includes multiple apparent references to Meek's now-defunct relationship with Nicki Minaj, most directly on the Dougie-produced "1942 Flows."
