Following the news last week that Usher is being sued for $10 million by an anonymous woman arguing that the singer failed to mention that he has Herpes Simplex 2 before the two had sex is now demanding at least $20 million. New court documents obtained by TMZ claim that the female listed as Jane Doe was "devastated" to find out that she contracted the virus.

According to court docs, Doe says her and Usher used a condom the first time they had sex on April 16 in Atlanta, but when the two had intercourse 12 days later, they did not use protection. The woman found out about the possibility of contracting an STD from the singer after news of another lawsuit from 2012 surfaced where Usher paid $1.1 million.

In her initial lawsuit, Doe sought $10 million because she was not only concerned about being "exposed" to herpes, but she claims Usher inflicted negligence, battery and emotional distress. The new docs indicate that she's seeking double the original amount for emotional harm, medical bills and punitive damages.

As if this situation could not get any worse for Usher, Lisa Bloom, who is currently representing Blac Chyna in her legal battle against Rob Kardashian, says women have reached out to her about having unprotected sex with the singer.
